- TLDR; RileyWise Logix, LLC (RWL) was established January 1st, 2026, to serve as a real-world diesel-engine technology validation platform for advanced internal combustion engine (ICE) technologies including the Rotating Liner Engine (RLE shown to the right & other technologies currently under development.

RWL is currently pre-revenue and is NOT actively engaged in any qualifying professional engineering activities. PE Registration Pending 1/1/2026.
